Kost Publishing started as a small publishing outfit in Buenos Aires in 2018. Its founder, Camila Kost, wanted to share her kitchen experimentations in a cookbook. Her partner, Romulo, joined the team, and together, they’re expanding to the United States, Europe, and Latin America, one publication at a time.
After our first bestseller, Delicias Keto, we invested in a gorgeous test kitchen. We make all the mess, so you don’t have to. All of our recipes seek to use natural ingredients, without any flour or sugar.
We have a creative team spread over six countries and natives in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. We value diversity, and our employees come from the most varied background.
